Advantages

Stable design of the saw frame with its sufficiently dimensioned driving engine, a spiral gearing running in an oil bath and precise hard metal saw band guides and a broad angle range of -45° to +60° make the Ergonomic 275.230 DG a perfect universal workshop machine. The cutting feed happens due to the frame weight with hydraulic regulation of the feeding speed. Precise hard metal saw band guides, saw head pivot embedded in pre-stressed conical bearings, a 27mm saw band and a synchronic swarf brush are the prerequisites for excellent cutting performance. An adjustable length stop with releasing reverse stroke equipment prevents material sticking while cutting.
