Hydraulic press brakes ADIRA-QIHD
Advantages
With over 50 years of experience in the design and manufacture of conventional press brakes and 25 years in the design and manufacture of press brakes with electronic synchronism, Adira presents the new QIHD range of press brakes.
From the three versions of equipment available, “Indico” is the entry level. It includes a Cybelec DNC 60 controller, a 2D software for off-line programming, a back gauge with X axis and maximum levels of safety by means of laser beams controlled a by a programmable logical control.
Performance and precision in high demanding bends are possible when using the most advanced and innovative design and engineering solutions together with a rigid, carefully engineered construction.
Ram parallelism and stopping accuracy / repeatability of the bending depth (better than 0,01 mm with possibility of measuring the plate thickness) are guaranteed by an effective interface among all electronic and hydraulic components. The reading of the stopping point is practically independent of the hydraulic pressure, oil temperature, and of the location of the bending force along the beams of the press brake. Therefore, faster and smoother speed change and reduced cycle times are ensured, making the operation of the press brake more efficient and more pleasant to the operator.
All Adira QIHD PLS Indico press brakes comply with the essential health and safety regulations of the Machinery Directive 98/37/CEE.
Main Features
- The parallelism between beams during ascent and descent is ensured by two DNC controlled servo-valves (axes Y1 and Y2);
- Two linear encoders located at both ram ends make the measuring of the ram position. The ram position in bending depth is independent from the working length;
- The bending depth (ram stopping point) is ensured by servo-valves controlled by the DNC;
- Easy adjustment of the bending depth under load over the plate to bend, with programmed 0.01 mm increments;
- Totally controlled by a CYBELEC DNC 60 numerical control:
- Programming of the bending angle (0.01 degree resolution);
- Programming of the ram tilting (Y1 different from Y2) to make cone bends;
- Calculation of the tonnage necessary to the required bending with the chosen tooling;
- Tooling library for the programming of the geometric characteristics of punches and dies;
- Sturdy mono-block frame, welded and stabilized;
- Electric and hydraulic protection against overloads;
- Compact hydraulic unit;
- Slow approach in Inch Mode for tooling adjustment.
