Advantages

It can calculate the bending force automatically according to the plate thickness, material quality and length, auto-calculate the correcton value of the heiht tolerance.

Standard equipments on the machine:
Y1-Y2 axis are unattached movement parameters of two cylinder controlled by CNC control. Two liner encoders (Y1-Y2) are mounted on the two sides of the machine, they could measure the exact distance between the ram and the table. with the encoder connecting with the table, the effect whitch the distortion of frame reflects on the ram position is eliminated. The position data during the ram movement is feedbacked immediately to CNC system. Thus it could measure and output servo valve control signal S1-S2 and control the output flux of two hydro-electonic servo vlave to guarantee the synchronization of two cylinders.
