DL lathes
Advantages
CNC Lathe designed to machining internal and external surfaces. It has cone turning function (by circular interpolation) and thread cutting function (straight threads, taper threads, frontal threads).
CNC controling: FANUC or SINUMERIC. Spindle�s and feeding�s drive uses servomotor which gives variable, stepless control in all the range of speed. Machine has good dynamics because of good quality of ball guides.
CNC Lathe can be equipped with hydraulic or electric 12-pos. tool head. Machine has conveyor of chips as standard equipment.
There is a possibility of apply supporting program Manual Guide 0i or Manual Guide i. Central lubrication system assures correct working of ball screws and long life of bed.
