The main drive adopts A, C or D, C motors, and sliding guideway or rolling guideway for table are provided according to the customer’s requests. Logic control of main transmission adopts advanced imported PC with good reliability.|
Feed system adopts A, C motor with 18 steps. Accessories including side head, cooling system and digital display device can be provided according to the special requirements,
Horizontal chain of this series machine is made by IGUS Germany, the case of pendant station by MECANO Germany, and flow controller adopts products of TRUCK Germany, horizontal and vertical lubrication for left and right head select home famous goods.

DVT350 x20/32
This series machines is suitable for finely and roughly turning cylinder and inner hole, inner rand outer taper, surfacing, grooving of the ferrous, nonferrous metal and some kinds of non materials with carbide alloy porcelain tools.Feed is driven by AC servomotor, transmitted by ball screw. The universal type has such construction that can be rebuilt into CN type. The main drive is provided by AC motor, realizing table speeds. Also DC motor can be provided on special request.
The table is thermal symmetric construction. The table spindle s centered by high-precision double-row short roller bearing whose radial clearance can be adjusted. Constant flow hydrostatic guideway is applied in axial direction, the table has features of higher swivel precision, larger laudability and smaller thermal deformation.
Horizontal guideway of rail head is of hydrostatic unloading guideway of ram vertical movement is sliding guideway.Digital display device and grinding head of electric spindle provided to customer’s request.
