CNC Lathes
CNC Lathes designed for machining internal and external surfaces. It has cone turning function (by circular interpolation) and thread cutting function (straight threads, taper threads, frontal threads)
CNC controling: FANUC or SINUMERIC.
Depending on customer, spindle's drive can use: gears (three ranges), inverter (variable speed control in all of gears), servomotor (variable, stepless control in all the range) Machine available with elecrical controlled four-way tool post or six-way head and manual or hydraulic chuck and tailstock. Central lubrication system assures correct working of ball screws and long life of bed.
CNC Lathe is equiped with brake in the end of engine's shaft and tight guards preserving of chips and coolant.
